247 Tips
Cashless tips for car guards, drivers and restaurant staff.
Customers tip from their own phone. Workers get paid to their own bank account. It costs your business nothing.
Tipping has gone cashless
Most people don’t carry cash any more, so the people who rely on tips lose out. 247 Tips, by Digit 247 FMS, lets anyone tip by card or phone in seconds, and puts the money in the worker’s own bank account.
See how it works
Three short videos: one for car guards, one for bus and coach drivers, and one for restaurants.
For restaurants
Nothing changes for your guests: they add the tip on the bill, as always. Your till sends the tips every night, and 247 Tips shares them out to waiters, kitchen and bar staff using your own split rules. Tips are in each staff member’s wallet by the next morning. No cash to count, no envelopes.

Questions
What does it cost my business?
Nothing. There is no hardware to buy and no monthly fee. Workers pay one payout cost when they withdraw, and they see it before they confirm.
Does the customer need an app?
No. They tap or scan the card with their phone camera and pay on a secure page, by card or phone wallet.
When do workers get their money?
Tips land in their wallet straight away (restaurant till tips by the next morning). Once the balance reaches R100 they can withdraw at any time, and it is paid to their own bank account within the hour.
Who can use 247 Tips?
Car guards, security guards, bus and coach drivers, tour guides, hotel and resort staff, and restaurant teams.
